Returns & Refund Policy

At UK Banners, all of our products are custom printed to order. As a result, our returns policy differs slightly from standard retail purchases.

Custom Printed Products

All banners and printed items are made to your specifications, including size, design and material.

For this reason:

  • Custom products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect
  • We cannot accept returns for items where the wrong size, design or specifications have been approved at the time of order

We strongly recommend checking all artwork, sizes and details carefully before confirming your order.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described:

  • Please contact us within 2 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the issue
  • We will assess the problem and offer either:
    • A replacement, or
    • A full or partial refund where appropriate

Order Cancellations

As all products are printed to order:

  • Orders can only be cancelled before production begins
  • Once printing has started, cancellations are not possible

If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Please note:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen differences and printing processes
  • Minor variations do not constitute a fault
