By placing an order with UK Banners, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions below.
DEFINITIONS:
The Client: The company or individual requesting the services of UK Banners.

GENERAL
UK Banners will carry out work only where an agreement is provided either by online order, email, telephone, mail or fax, or at the company’s discretion an verbal instruction.
UK Banners will not work for clients who are under eighteen years of age. An ‘order’ is deemed to be a written or verbal contract between UK Banners and the client, this includes telephone and email agreements.
COMPLAINTS AND CUSTOMER ENQUIRIES: OUR STANDARDS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
Please contact UK Banners by email on sales@ukbanners.uk or telephone ( landline) regarding any problem with our service provision. We give priority to resolving service issues as quickly as possible.
Reporting abuse and complaints
If you wish to raise a complaint about abuse you have received (for example phishing scams, spam emails etc), please contact us at sales@ukbanners.uk with as much detail about the abuse as you can provide. We will investigate your complaint as soon as possible.
In the event that you wish to make a formal complaint, a letter containing details of your complaint should be sent to our office at:

We will make an initial investigation and confirm receipt of your letter within 3 working days. Should we be unable to resolve the issues within 5 working days we will send a substantial, signed off by a Director of UK Banners reply within 21 days.
ENGLISH LAW
Unless otherwise agreed in writing all sales and contracts shall in all respects be construed and operate as an English contract and in conformity with English Law.
The Seller and the Customer hereby irrevocably agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
